So, summer is approaching in a few months and we all know what that means… time to start working on the fitness. Who doesn’t want to look killer on the beach? Other than a few phases here and there, I have never been able to fully commit to the gym- something that I am not proud of, but have come to accept is my reality. Is that pessimistic of me?
Anyway, instead of the gym- I find other ways of keeping my health in check, and other than watching my nutritional intake, I love work outs that don’t make you feel like you are working out. Does that make sense?
For instance, I went for some Hot Yoga at Bikram’s Yoga with my friend a while ago. I got in for free, because my friend had just gotten a membership with them, which allows you to bring in 3 friends for a trial complimentary class each!
Boy, was that good! We sweat so much, it didn’t only feel like a nice work out afterwards but my skin got a good cleansing treatment as well! 😊
I found this chart which accurately represents all the of Yoga Poses we did through the session. Give it a try at home and turn the heater on full blast to have the same experience… Just Kidding! But in all seriousness, Hot Yoga is super simple, so don’t hesitate from dropping in for a class sometime!
